Clan drop first ever to Okanagan College

In a game of firsts this past weekend, Simon Fraser University dropped their first game of the regular season on their first road trip of the year, 4-1 to the Okanagan College Coyotes.

It was the Coyotes first defeat of the Clan in the two teams short history. SFU is now 3-1-1 versus the Coyotes in regular season play and 1-0 in the playoffs.

The game was a special teams battle. Patrick Martin had SFU's lone goal in the contest, a power play marker assisted by Kyle Boyko. But the Coyotes responded with timely shorthanded goals both by Brock Munro, both on breakaways.
